Yes, Holy Innocents is a Church of Opportunity — you have many opportunities to help and get involved in various ways.

1.  Opportunity to Bake:  The Ladies Auxiliary is planning a Bake Sale to raise money for their group.  They are looking for donations of baked goods for their sale and (of course) hoping that parishioners will plan to buy the donated goodies.  The bake sale is planned for September 27 after each Mass.  Please reply to Trudy Bly:

2.  Opportunity to make a display:  On Thursday, Sept 17, starting at 10 am, we need some help to put up our Living Stones Display in the church.  Fun!  Please reply to this email if you can help.

3.  Opportunity to help others in need:  Christian Family Movement (CFM) members will be seeking pledges to support our St. Vincent de Paul on the Walk for the Poor.

4.  Opportunity to prepare children for Sacrament:  This Sunday is the first session for the families of children who will be preparing for the Sacrament of Reconciliation.  PLEASE respond if you have not yet turned in your registration form.  We really want to be ready for you and your children — it is difficult if you just walk in Sunday afternoon.  You can reply to Jennie at jennie@holyinn.org if you haven’t yet turned in your registration form.
