Mother’s Day Brunch and Annual Catholic Appeal

Greetings,
A Beautiful Day today!

1.  The Knights of Columbus will be giving their Mother’s Day Champagne
Breakfast after both Masses.  Plan to yourself, your mother, and/the
mothers in your life to a festive brunch and support the Knights in
their project to get our kitchen completed.
Suggested donations are $8 per adult and $2 per child (under 12).
There will be ham, waffles, scrambled eggs, fresh strawberries, mini
bagels, champagne, orange juice (mimosas anyone?), and all the trimmings.

2.  Annual Catholic Appeal:  Thanks you to the 177 Parish households who
have responded to the Annual Catholic Appeal.  We are at 96% of our
dollar goal but have heard from only 31% of our parishioners.
PLEASE plan to sign a card, make a pledge if you can — or offer a
prayer, and save us the trouble of sending out another 400 letters
because we haven’t heard from you yet.
You can go directly to the Archdiocesan site:
http://www.seattlearch.org/aca to make a donation or pledge.
Remember that any money received over-goal will be returned to Holy
Innocents and will be used to purchase additional pews.

3.  Pantry Assignment:  This week it is pasta, any kind of noodles, and
next week will be canned fruit.  Thank you for your continuing support.
