Church Kitchen- help!

steadily to get the church kitchen completed.
Harry Oestreich (206-930-0392 cell) has given us a list of what remains
to be done.
Stove:
Hang the stove hood, measure for the vent and get it
ordered and constructed.
When the vent arrives, get it installed.
Install the external stove fan and structure.
Install the gas line to the stove
Install the hood fire extinguisher system.
Deep Fat Fryer
Install gas to deep fat fryer.
Fire Sprinklers:
Install 6 sprinkler heads pointing downward in kitchen
area.
Ceiling:
Install framework and ceiling tiles, including washable
surface platic.
Adjust lights to sit in framework.
Dishwasher:
Complete plumbing on the dishwasher, clean and test.
Floor Sink:
Remove existing floor sink and replace with steel plate
Serving Alcove:
Finish installing floor
Finish installing FRP on walls
Paint area not covered by FRP
Preparation Table:
Install prep table and hook up sink to plumbing.
Kitchen Door:
Install Kitchen Door and frame.
