1.  This Sunday, May 8, the Knights of Columbus are putting on a
Champagne Brunch for Mother’s Day.

Plan on being there with a big appetite for some wonderful camaraderie
and a great brunch consisting of  champagne, orange juice (mimosas
anyone?), ham, waffles made from scratch, scrambled eggs, fresh
strawberries, mini bagels and all the trimmings.  What a wonderful way
to give mom a special treat, a morning off from the kitchen.  A donation
of $8.00 per adult and $2.00 for children is requested.  Please support
our local Knights of Columbus council and Holy Innocents as much of the
profit goes to fund the parish kitchen.

The Ladies’ Auxiliary is planning a bake sale for you to by something
delicious to take home for Mother’s Day, too.  Becky Daharsh
(crazychoctaw@hotmail.com) would love to hear from you if you would like
to contribute to the sale.

2.  There is no weekday Mass on Wednesday this week.

3.  Sunday, May 15, after the 10:30 am Mass, there will be a potluck
lunch to celebrate our Lenten book program.  If you read the book,
consider yourself warmly invited.  Father Bill will be with us to both
celebrate and to answer any questions that may have come up.  Please
RSVP to Debby (debby@holyinn.org) with what you would like to bring to
the potluck.

4.  Pantry donation suggestion this week:  salad dressings, catsup, or
mustard.
