- We are looking for some volunteers who can help put a newsletter mailing together this Sunday from about noon to 2 pm (or sooner if we get lots of help). Please let us know if you can help out this coming Sunday.
- Youth movement meets Sunday night at 6 pm for a lasagna dinner and program. Grades 6-12!
- Bring your blessed palms from last year back to the church to be burned in the Easter Vigil fire.
- Lent begins: Ash Wednesday, March 1, we will have Mass here at 7 pm. Ash Wednesday is a day of Fasting and Abstinence. Fasting (for those who are 18 to 59) means one full meal and two smaller meals that together are not a full meal; no in between meals snacking. Abstinence (for ages 14 and up) means not eating meat (warm-blooded animals, fish is ok). All five Fridays of Lent are also days of abstinence. Plan to enjoy a Fish Fry next Friday from 5:30 to 7 pm put on by the Knights of Columbus. Proceeds from the dinner will go to Project Rachel. Following dinner, we will go upstairs for the Stations of the Cross at 7 pm.
Thank you for your continuing support.
