Faith Formation and Youth Engagement
Involve at least 25 of our youth in meaningful engagement in the
various areas of parish life and service.
Initiate and develop a feasibility study, job description, and program
outline for a youth minister led Youth Engagement program
Parish Life (Stewardship)
Determine next steps for the Church Engagement program
Determine specific strategies and a timeline for carrying out those
strategies
Liturgy and Worship
Establish a Liturgy Commission
Review resources and best practices from other parishes regarding size, membership,
scope and purpose.
Recruit, train, and support Commission members
Outreach and Pastoral Care
Determine a plan for increased communication among the various outreach ministries
Integrate the various ministries more closely around the parish mission statement
Leadership and Operations
Develop a Capital Improvement Plan
Increase parish revenue
Determine and prioritize various parish projects and anticipated expenditures
Develop an amortization and maintenance schedule for major parish capital items (roofs,
boiler, exterior treatment, etc.)
