Part Time Outreach Coordinator

·        Holy Innocents Church is seeking a part-time Outreach Coordinator, working 25 hours per week, to support and coordinate the daily operations of the Food Pantry Ministry. This role helps ensure that individuals and families receive food assistance in a welcoming, organized, and respectful environment. Key responsibilities include coordinating food distribution, maintaining inventory, supporting volunteers, and collaborating with community organizations, parishioners, and other partners to serve those who use the food pantry. The Outreach Coordinator will also help lead and facilitate broader outreach activities at Holy Innocents. Experience in food pantry operations, nonprofit services, customer service, or volunteer coordination is preferred. Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to work well with people from diverse backgrounds are essential. Basic computer skills for recordkeeping, email, and spreadsheets are required. A food handler’s certificate, or willingness to obtain one, is also required. The position requires availability Monday through Wednesday, with occasional additional days and times as needed.
